At ANPMG Urgent Care, our mission is to bridge the gap between physicians and patients by offering accessible and timely care for individuals facing minor injuries and illnesses. We understand the importance of prompt treatment, especially for those who may be unable to see their primary care provider in a timely manner.

Our Journey

Since March 2017, ANPMG has been a Modesto Medical Community pioneer, excelling in Chronic Diseases, Health Risk Assessment, and the HCC Practice Model. By December 2018, our ANPMG SNFist group extended coverage to Santa Clara, Fresno, and San Diego Counties, further expanding in March 2020 to include Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced Counties.

In October 2023, we proudly opened Advance Urgent Care and Med Spa in Modesto and Turlock, responding to the growing need for urgent care services in these communities. Simultaneously, ANPMG SNFist Group broadened its reach to Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE), and Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) settings, solidifying our commitment to diverse healthcare environments.
